Is everything made of glass?Yes, everything is carefully polished solid glass. Our designs incorporate reasonably solid and carefully polished blocks of glass, which are fairly robust. However please bear in mind that all glass is fragile to an extent and can break, chip and scratch if not handled with care.

For standard orders please get in touch with our customer service department as soon as possible. For personalised orders please get in touch with our customer service department as soon as possible, however if the personalised product has already been made cancellation is not possible.
We always aim to dispatch an order within a few days. Delivery is typically via Royal Mail, so we advise ordering at least a week in advance if you choose not to select 'Special Delivery'. If you’ve ordered a personalised piece, delivery time will be around 14 days.
Yes, you will pay the minimum carriage charge at the time of order and once your parcel is packed and weighed we will notify you of the delivery options.

If you are not completely satisfied with your non-personalised goods, simply return them to us at any time within 14 working days of receipt. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Unfortunately we are unable to refund postage costs on unwanted non-personalised items.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:
Any products that we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you.
Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and have not been returned with the original packaging.

In the unlikely event that you have returned an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will gladly refund you in full for the value of the item. Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or phone at 0207 736 6211. They will request a photo to show the damage or issue raised.
The item(s) must be returned in the condition in with you received them within 30 days of delivery. Personalised products cannot be re-sold and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.
We regret that postage and packing costs for unwated items cannot be refunded after 14 working days from when the order was delivered.

Other than our Bespoke Service, we are not able to produce one-off designs. For something special take a look at our personalised pieces, and remember that Spaceform products are all engraveable.
